Need Advice Best days to upload?

What are the best days to release videos? I make videos about history/mythology, I've been trying to release videos on Sundays but I'm just wondering if anyone has seen better days to release videos on.

I usually post mine at Sunday 11am but I've read lots of conflicting things online about best times to upload.
