Question Help! I need Feedback!

Ok, so for the life of me I cannot figure out what I'm doing wrong to unlock the feedback section. I know the rules, I have read them SO MANY times to try and figure this problem out, with no luck. I have the 20 post minimum that I was told about to unlock it, and I have posted two different responses to other people's feedback requests. Both were approved. So what am I doing wrong?? I know Im probably driving the moderators crazy with asking this so much, but I really want feedback to help my channel grow. Am I still missing something? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
